These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of mobile applications and games ("Apps") developed by Simplify Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to these Terms.
Our Apps are provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree to use them in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You must not:
Some features require signing in with a Google account or other authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You can delete your account at any time through in-app settings or by emailing us.
Our Apps may offer in-app purchases ("IAP") for virtual items, currency, or cosmetic content. All purchases are:
Refund requests should be directed to the platform where the purchase was made (Google Play or Apple App Store).
Virtual items, currency, skins, pets, and other in-game content are licensed to you, not sold. We reserve the right to modify, rebalance, or remove virtual items for game health, with reasonable notice when practical. Virtual items cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred outside the App.

All content in our Apps — including but not limited to artwork, 3D models, music, sound effects, text, code, and design — is owned by Simplify Studio or our licensors and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Our Apps use third-party services (Google Play, Supabase, RevenueCat, Firebase, AdMob). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or policies.
Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Game saves may be subject to data loss despite our best efforts to prevent it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simplify Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Apps, including but not limited to loss of virtual items, data, or purchases.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Apps if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases and we may delete your account data. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and disclaimers survive termination.
Our Apps are designed for all ages. Children under 13 should use our Apps under parental supervision. Parents or guardians who have concerns about their child's use of our Apps may contact us at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will post the updated date at the top of this page.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing other remedies.
